Refund policy

BIG Boro Bash sells access to and participation in a live, in-person event, including vendor spaces, booths, sponsorships, and related services.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or transfers for any reason.

This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Vendor and booth spaces

  • Sponsorships

  • Add-ons or upgrades

  • Event participation fees

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Scheduling conflicts or business changes

  • Weather conditions

  • Event cancellation, rescheduling, or modification

  • Removal or denial of participation

  • Dissatisfaction with placement, attendance, or event outcomes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
