Welcome to BIG Boro Bash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, registration platform, and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BIG Boro Bash, which operates under Eagle Entrepreneurs, a private student organization. BIG Boro Bash is a privately operated event.
Our website and registration platform are powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for the Services but is not responsible for the event, vendor participation, or any transactions related to BIG Boro Bash.
By accessing our Services, registering, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Accounts, registrations, or vendor spots may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared.
SECTION 2 – NATURE OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES (EVENT PARTICIPATION)
BIG Boro Bash sells event participation, not physical goods. Products offered through the Services may include, but are not limited to:

Vendor spaces or booths

Tables or designated areas
-
Sponsorships
-
Add-ons or upgrades
When you purchase through the Services, you are purchasing a revocable license to participate in the BIG Boro Bash event, subject to these Terms, event rules, venue rules, and all instructions provided by BIG Boro Bash.
Event details — including layout, placement, space size, schedules, programming, and logistics — may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion for operational, safety, weather, venue, or other reasons.
We make no guarantees regarding attendance, foot traffic, sales, exposure, placement, or business outcomes.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PAYMENT & FINAL SALE POLICY
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase event participation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
Because event participation reserves limited space and resources:

No refunds will be issued for any reason

No credits, substitutions, transfers, or exchanges are permitted
-
This applies regardless of attendance, dissatisfaction, weather, cancellation, removal, or unforeseen circumstances
Once payment is processed, your purchase is final.
SECTION 4 – NO RESALE OR TRANSFER
Vendor spaces, sponsorships, and event participation may not be resold, transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or shared with another individual or business under any circumstances.
Any attempt to resell or transfer a spot will result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.
SECTION 5 – RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & REMOVE PARTICIPANTS
BIG Boro Bash is operated by a private organization, and the event is held on private property or property controlled by venue partners.
We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to:

Approve or reject any vendor, sponsor, or participant

Deny entry to any individual or business

Remove any person or business from the event at any time

Cancel or suspend participation before or during the event
Removal or rejection may occur for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of event rules or instructions

Misrepresentation of products, services, or business identity

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply with laws or venue policies
-
Any conduct we determine is not aligned with the mission, standards, or safety of the event
Removal or rejection does not entitle the participant to a refund.
SECTION 6 – FOOD, DRINK & PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Vendors may sell or distribute food, beverages, or consumable products if permitted by event rules and applicable laws.
BIG Boro Bash assumes no responsibility or liability for:

Foodborne illness

Allergic reactions
-
Product quality, safety, or compliance
-
Health code violations
-
Any injury, sickness, or damages caused by vendor products
All responsibility for food, drink, and product safety rests solely with the vendor.
SECTION 7 – WEATHER, FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT CHANGES
BIG Boro Bash cannot control weather, natural conditions, or external circumstances.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the event

Adjust event hours, location, or format
This may occur due to weather conditions, safety concerns, acts of God, government action, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
Event changes or cancellation do not entitle participants to refunds.
SECTION 8 – EVENT RULES & COMPLIANCE
All participants must comply with:

Venue rules and staff instructions

Local, state, and federal laws
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
SECTION 9 – MEDIA RELEASE & MARKETING RIGHTS
By registering for or participating in BIG Boro Bash, you grant BIG Boro Bash and Eagle Entrepreneurs a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Photograph and record you, your staff, and your booth

Use your business name, logo, trademarks, and branding
-
Use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes
Content may be used on websites, social media, digital advertising, print materials, and other platforms without compensation or approval.
SECTION 10 – DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
We may collect any information necessary to operate the event and our business, including personal, business, registration, and payment information.
We do not sell personal information to the public. Information may be shared with:

Legal or regulatory authorities when required
